Heyyy!  I’m Anisa — a mom, Army vet, and fitness lover living in Austin, TX. After leaving the military and going through a tough divorce with a one-year-old in tow, I hit one of the lowest points in my life. I had gained a lot of weight after my C-section and was dealing with postpartum depression, zero motivation, and unhealthy habits. One day, I just knew something had to change — so I started showing up for myself, little by little.
I started sharing my journey online during COVID, just trying to stay accountable, and somehow it turned into this amazing community. Other moms started reaching out, and I realized how many of us were feeling the same way. Now, I help other women, (and men occasionally) — especially moms — take back control of their bodies, minds, and lives through fitness. We don’t chase perfection here, just progress.
